Harmonia offers services to develop and deliver classroom-based training, computer-based training, training via targeted presentation to user groups, brown bag lunch talks, etc. We tailor training modes and durations to fit busy user schedules, while creating innovative presentations that keep participants’ attention.

To make media that is alive and engaging, we use popular tools such as Adobe Captivate and video production via Camtasia. Our usability experts create responsive designs of content that can give a great user experience on desktop browsers as well as tablet and mobile devices.

Nothing beats hands-on experiential learning for information technology (IT) systems. Thus, we create custom virtual machines (VMs) that provide a personal training system as part of IT system training. In the VMs, we configure demonstration/evaluation versions of IT software systems along with guided hands-on exercises.

Our staff can apply many popular approaches such as the Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE) model, the Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM), and Department of Defense (DoD) standards such as Naval Education & Training (NAVEDTRA) 130/136. We provide online evaluation instruments. We will also integrate training with any Learning Management System (LMS) used by customers, such as Blackboard, Sabre, Moodle, etc., to facilitate enterprise training solutions.
