Pallabi Saboo is the Chief Executive Officer for Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC. She has an extensive track record of building and operating successful technology and technology related services companies. She acquired Harmonia in 2006 and since then has grown it aggressively as it seeks to develop specialized technologies and technology-enabled services geared toward the federal and commercial sectors. She is an entrepreneur with a unique understanding of technology as well as business and strategic issues.
Dr. Marc Abrams
Dr. Abrams is Harmonia’s Chief Technology Officer. He helps customers navigate technology trends from his experience leading innovation projects in artificial intelligence and machine learning, application modernization and cloud adoption, blockchain, cybersecurity, data science and data lakes using big data technologies, DevSecOps automation, and human factors engineering. He leads a CTO staff of technology leaders who are matrixed to support many Harmonia customers. Dr. Abrams held previous positions with IBM Research, the U.S. Army, and Virginia Tech (tenured Associate Professor of Computer Science). He has led research and development projects with the Departments of Defense, Energy, Homeland Security, Transportation; as well as NASA and NIH. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and was a post-doc at Stanford University.
Mr. Saboo is a lifelong entrepreneur with a unique understanding of technology as well as business and strategic issues and a solid track record of building and operating successful technology and technology related services companies. He started his entrepreneurial career in 1993, launching Concept Software, a software services firm that specialized in large high-end client-server systems for Fortune 500 clients. He sold Concept Software in 1999 and subsequently co-founded Installation Included Inc., serving as its Chief Technology Officer and directing the developing of its state-of-the-art IT systems for logistics support, and helping the company raise more than $20M in funding.
Mr. Patibandla serves as Harmonia’s President. Mr. Patibandla has over 20 years experience in commercial, higher education, international and US public sector (DoD, FedCiv, S&L) markets. Most recently, Mr. Patibandla was Chief Strategy Officer at CMCI, responsible for corporate growth, including M&A. Prior to CMCI, Mr. Patibandla held senior executive roles at leading companies such as Camber Corporation, Avaya Government Solutions, Suh’dutsing, Goldstone and others. Mr. Patibandla has an M.S in Engineering from South Dakota State University.
Mr. Bame serves as Harmonia’s Vice-President, Contracts and Chief Financial Officer. He oversees the financial, administration and contracting aspects of the company. In the past, Mr. Bame held similar positions at Virginia Tech Applied Research Corporation (Federal contracting arm of Virginia Tech), F-One Consulting (network installation and administration focused on wireless networks including long-range networks), US Lime and Minerals (mining concern) and Anderson & Associates (civil engineering). He has extensive experience with DCAA, DCMA, government contracting particularly relating to IT contracts.
