Harmonia Wins $25M NAVAIR Contract Vehicle
Harmonia Inc., Blacksburg, VA, is being awarded a nottoexceed $25,000,000 Phase III Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) Program contract for Topic N03017 entitled "Automated Generation of Usability Prototypes and Tactical Software." The contractor will provide services and materials for engineering tasks, including research and development, prototype and testing of the User Interface.
