Blacksburg, VA March 14, 2008 -- Harmonia, Inc. the Tibbett’s Award-winning provider of ground-breaking software development tools, is increasing its market presence in the Department of Defense through an agreement for services with NAVAIR-based consulting firm, Iona Moon, LLC.
Under the agreement, Harmonia, Inc. seeks to secure a Seaport-e prime contract to provide software development and engineering services to Patuxent River and Dahlgren-based Navy commands.
A woman-owned small business with offices in Salt Lake City, Utah, McLean and Blacksburg, Virginia, Harmonia has created a suite of cradle-to-grave software process improvement tools that dovetail with popular products from IBM, Microsoft, and others. Harmonia’s clients include the Naval Air Systems Command, Northop- Grumman, Raytheon, Department of Energy, and SAIC.
