Anil Garg
Mr. Garg brings over fifteen years of solid and progressive project management experience to Harmonia. He has managed all phases of software development projects, and has experience specifically concentrated on due diligence, requirements gathering, application design, development, and testing. Mr. Garg has a very good track record of delivering IT solutions to clients on time and under budget. He has an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
In his previous positions, Mr. Garg has helped establish guidelines for Project Management and Software Development procedures. He was responsible for the implementation of the Rational Unified Process (RUP), and the use of Unified Markup Language (UML) for enterprise modeling. He helped improve the overall quality of software applications by adding software testing and release processes. He organized JAD sessions with stakeholders to collect business requirements and translated them into technical specifications. Mr. Garg has worked closely with clients gathering requirements and designing add-ons for Microsoft Retail Management System. He is responsible for 15+ add-ons currently being used by 900+ retail businesses.
